The Japanese head spa was phenomenal! Denise and Emily were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. The other stuff members there are all amazing. I highly recommend doing it you won’t regret it! 10/10 clinic!
Absolutely love this place!! I have tried many different services, gel nails, pedicures, lash lift and tint and they never fail to impress me. Last night my mom and I booked a couples japanese head spa and oh myyy goodness it was like heaven on earth!! Anastasia and Emily were so good!! I was so relaxed and comfortable. The smells of each product were amazing and I felt so good afterwards we didn’t want to leave. My hair already feels healthier. I definitely recommend trying the head spa and many other services. They won’t disappoint:))
Got a mani pedi here (70 min) plus shellac (10 min add on). The appointment took well over 2 hours (an extra hour??) and also made me late to another appointment. This was the worse manicure. I was cut several times, the top coat leaked? So she started cutting the sides of my nails with clippers, also ensuring she cut my skin. When this was called out, the response was “ok”. It’s evident she forgot top coat on the thumb. When this was called out at reception, she provided no actual response. Waste of time and money. *** Update: appreciate the owner personally reaching out and offering a solution and maintaining the business relationship. Would not recommend Olivia but will visit this spa again with a different person
Erika Lea is the only person I trust with my face! She will make sure to come up with a personalized plan for you so that you achieve the results you’re looking for while still looking natural. Recently I received filler in my cheeks based on Erika’s recommendation to help lift my profile and the results are beautifully effective while still remaining soft. I would recommend Erika to anyone. Her care and attention to detail ensure you always feel comfortable and taken care of.
I wish I could rate higher for this fantastic relaxation of a spa and wellness establishment. From the warm welcome as soon as you walk into the front door way, to the warm welcome from Emily who was my person providing my service today. I have visited through the years having wonderful pedicures and manicure s but when I heard they did Japanese head spa massage treatments, I just had to try. My lovely fiance had gifted me with this lovely package and may I say . Niagara Elite Wellness & Spa was over the top. Emily was so kind and welcoming and very professional. From the deep scalp massage, washing and even providing the service of drying after in these chilly conditions. I can not rant and rave enough!. If your thinking of trying, don't think... Just get in there asap. So soothing and to the point of I drifted off into a totally relaxing... Much needed spa nap. Thank you above and beyond for making this experience a most memorable one. I know I will be visiting again very soon.
